How do I reset a batch after the incubator loses power?
Open the batch, tap the overflow menu, and choose Reset day. The timeline recalculates from your last logged weight.
Why is my moisture loss above the target band?
First check the calibration on your scale. If it is accurate, add water to the incubation channels and retake the tray weight after an hour. HatchWise will flag the trend before it becomes a crisis.
Can I export a hatch report after the 24-hour window?
Yes. The hatch report is stored with the batch and can be exported any time from the batch details page.
Does HatchWise work on a plane?
Yes. After initial install, all species data, batch timelines, and candling guides work fully offline.
